Education Assistance Program
Vangent is committed in providing our employees with lifelong learning opportunities. Our Education Assistance Program invests in our employees by reimbursing up to $5,250 per year for undergraduate courses, and up to $7,000 per year for graduate courses. Employees are also eligible to receive a discount on courses through Capella University, an accredited online institution. A post-secondary scholarship program is also available to provide financial aid to dependent children of regular full-time employees.
Training and Development
Employees are encouraged to work with their managers on an Individual Development Plan to accelerate individual and organizational development. Training and Development program opportunities include Management Essentials, Managing Your Career, and Performance Problem Solving.
