PEARSON ANALYTIC SOLUTIONS (formerly KEI Pearson) AWARDED $3.2 MILLION CONTRACT BY DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Program Will Improve Customer Service at the Defense Distribution Center

ARLINGTON, VA, December 14, 2005 - Pearson Analytic Solutions (formerly KEI Pearson, Inc.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pearson Government Solutions, was awarded a $3.2 million contract by the Defense Logistics Agency's Defense Distribution Center to provide Customer Relationship Management services. Pearson Analytic Solutions will assess the customer service needs of the Defense Distribution Center and deploy a full-scale, state-of-the-art customer relationship management program to better serve their customers.

This contract builds upon Pearson Analytic Solutions' five year relationship with the Defense Distribution Center and its experience in providing technical training, education and information technology support services throughout the U.S. and abroad over the past fifteen years.

The Defense Distribution Center is a combat support organization which provides a single, unified materiel distribution system for the Department of Defense. It is responsible for the receipt, storage, issue, packing, preservation, kitting, worldwide transportation, in-transit visibility and redirecting en-route, when required, of combat supplies. It also provides clothing and textiles, electronics, industrial, general and construction supplies, subsistence, medical material and military services' principle end items.
