PEARSON ANALYTIC SOLUTIONS (formerly KEI Pearson) AWARDED CONTRACT BY U.S. ARMY TO SUPPORT THE GLOBAL WAR ON TERRORISM

Services Will Assist the Army Achieve Increased Effectiveness and Timeliness with Mission-Critical Functions

ARLINGTON, VA, November 17, 2005 - Pearson Analytic Solutions (formerly KEI Pearson), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pearson Government Solutions, was awarded a four year contract by Program Management Defense Wide Transmission Systems (DWTS). DWTS is a division of the U.S. Army that supports the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) in the Global War on Terrorism, the Army Campaign Plan, Army Logistics Transformation, and Army Enterprise Architecture.

Pearson Analytic Solutions will provide technical, analytical, administrative, instruction, and documentation services. These services will help the Army achieve increased effectiveness and timeliness of integrated logistics support functions. Pearson Analytic Solutions will also provide analyses of the Army's new equipment training documentation and support the Army's system approach to training.

This contract builds on Pearson Analytic Solutions' 14 year relationship with the U.S. Army Enterprise Integration initiatives in logistics support, combat support, and systems modernization.
