Pearson Performance Solutions Awarded Government-wide Contract for Training, Consulting and Transformational Change Management

Chicago, IL, August 10, 2005- Pearson Performance Solutions (PPS), a leading provider of strategic workforce solutions, has been awarded prime contractor status by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in support of the USALearning.gov program. Under the contract PPS will provide specialized services in Consulting and Transformational Change Management and Commercial Off the Shelf Training Content.

USALearning.gov (formerly GoLearn.gov) is a Government-wide e-Training initiative under the President’s Management Agenda designed to offer federal agency employees a variety of products and services that will facilitate learning, development and career growth. PPS will provide: e-Learning consulting services; e-Learning Business Plan Development, including ROI development strategies for Learning and Human Capital Performance Systems; e-Training Needs Assessments; Marketing Material Creation; Print and Electronic Advertisement Creation; Market and Product Research; and Organizational Change Management Planning and Implementation. In addition, PPS will provide off the shelf courseware, online searchable books, reference materials and content, including: information technology; computer desktop training; business training; HR training; and professional development training.
