CONTRACT FOR CALL CENTER
Pearson to Support Palmetto GBA on
Medicare Supplemental Call Center
ARLINGTON VA., June
14, 2005 - Pearson Government Solutions announced it was awarded a
two-year contract as a subcontractor to Palmetto GBA to help support the
1-800-MEDICARE Helpline Call Center. The contract, valued at $54 million,
will help provide full-time and temporary call volume support to the
Helpline and provide training services.

Pearson will also provide training to Palmetto GBA's call center workforce
through a subcontract with Pearson Performance Solutions, a leading
provider of strategic workforce solutions.
