ANDREA FEZUK JOINS VANGENT AS CORPORATE TREASURER
Fezuk Brings Over 17 Years of Experience Leading Finance Organizations to Vangent

June 11, 2007 - Vangent, Inc., a leading global provider of information management and business process outsourcing solutions, announced today that Andrea Fezuk has joined the company as corporate Treasurer. Ms. Fezuk has over 17 years of experience leading finance organizations of government contractors, including managing treasury operations, large accounts payable organizations and risk management.
Fezuk has managed treasury and other financial functions for companies including Vettro Corp., where she was the VP of Finance. Previously, she held senior financial positions at Telispark, Teligent, PRC, Oracle and Systemhouse.
Fezuk holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from George Mason University and is an active member of the Association of Financial Professionals (AFP), where she was a Board member of the Greater Washington chapter and chaired the Conference Planning Task Force in 2005, and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences. Ms. Fezuk is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Treasury Professional.
In her new role with Vangent, Fezuk will establish the company’s treasury function, including cash management, risk management and compliance with its debt and credit covenants. She will also manage the company’s insurance function and act as the primary liaison in its banking relationships.
