VANGENT ANNOUNCES SIGNIFICANT CONTRACT WINS IN MEXICO

Major Contract Wins Expand on Company’s Continuing Partnership with Mexican Government to Provide Critical Information Management Solutions

Arlington, VA, June 6, 2007 - Vangent, Inc., a leading global provider of information management and business process outsourcing solutions, announced it won three significant contract awards in Mexico. Vangent’s Mexico business unit won a $20 million contract over 3 years with Servicio de Administracion Tributaria (SAT), part of Mexico’s federal finance or treasury agency known as Secretaria de Hacienda. Under this contract, Vangent, which has worked with SAT since 2004, will manage a program called SECADI (Servicios de Captura y Digitalizacion), digitally capturing and processing more than 20 million tax forms at 8 regional data centers across Mexico. Vangent is working with a subcontractor, Acerta, on this program.

“This is a significant win for Vangent Mexico and testament to our strong relationship with SAT and solid expertise in data management, business process outsourcing, logistics, Web and information technology services,” stated Dick Bottorff, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Vangent’s International business.

In addition, Vangent’s Mexico business unit won a $13 million contract over 32 months with the same agency (SAT). Under this new contract Vangent will manage a program called SAIE (Servicio de Acreditación de Identidad Enrolamiento), enrolling enterprise and citizen taxpayers through 152 enrollment stations nationwide. This program is the next stage of the original enrollment program that comprised enterprise legal representatives, also performed by Vangent since 2004.

Vangent’s third win in Mexico was for the second phase, valued at $200,000, of a contract with the Office of the President, known as Presidencia, which Vangent has supported for over a year and a half. The second phase of the contract began on December 1, 2006 with the start of the new presidential administration of President Felipe Calderon. Under a program known as the “White Books Initiative,” Vangent, as a subcontractor to Digital Data, was responsible for digitally preparing, processing and filing 3-4 million documents of the former presidential administration before December 31.

Vangent Mexico designs, builds and operates high-value, end-to-end solutions for large-scale data capture and document management, identity management, human capital management, customer interaction management, and other mission critical applications. Combining multiple technologies in innovative ways, Vangent’s solutions enable government agencies to effectively manage their critical data and achieve their missions.
