Listing Reaffirms Vangent’s Prominence as Leading Provider of Outsourced Customer Service and Support for Government and Commercial Clients

May 29, 2007 - Vangent, Inc. was named a “Major North American Outsourcing Provider” by Gartner, Inc. in its annual CRM Vendor Guide for 2007, published April 17. The listing places Vangent in the top 23 North American CRM outsourcing providers and reaffirms the company’s prominence as a leading provider of customer service and support on behalf of government and commercial clients.
