PEARSON GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS FINALIZES ACQUISITION OF BLUEPRINT TECHNOLOGIES

Acquisition Strengthens Pearson's Design, Build and Operate Capabilities

ARLINGTON, VA., May 10, 2006 - Pearson Government Solutions today announced it has completed its acquisition of Blueprint Technologies, Inc., an agreement which had been announced on March 20, 2006. Under the final terms of the transaction, Pearson Blueprint Technologies will operate as an operating business unit of Pearson Government Solutions.
