Pearson Performance Solutions and the Center for Creative Leadership to Present on Succession Planning at Oil & Gas IQ Conference

Pearson PS and CCL will present a case study on how to create a Succession Planning and Talent Management program that has process integrity and creates relevant and challenging learning opportunities for all participants. The case study will demonstrate:
