Elderplan (Brooklyn, NY) selects informis™ as the member interaction management solution for its Medicare Advantage plan to provide consistent, accurate and CMS-compliant information to its members.

Arlington, VA, February 12, 2007 — Pearson Health Solutions (Pearson), a division of Pearson Government Solutions, today announced that Elderplan (Brooklyn, NY) selected informis as the member interaction management solution for its Medicare Advantage plan to provide consistent, accurate and CMS-compliant information to its members. Pearson, in conjunction with its partner, Finelight (Bloomington, IN), will implement informis' marketing and contact management components for Elderplan.

The only complete member management solution available, informis combines extensive knowledge of CMS' national Medicare program, a unique member service model and performance-based pricing accountability. Elderplan's members will receive a customer service experience that is unsurpassed in the industry.
