Vangent provides services and technology solutions that assist people in achieving their educational goals, and assist educational institutions and government education agencies in improving their operations.


We have more than three decades of experience supporting the student financial aid process, serving students, parents, financial aid administrators, loan originators, third-party lenders and servicers, and collection agents. We process Federal and state financial aid applications and notify applicants of their eligibility; respond to inquiries from students, parents, schools, members of Congress, and others; and work with student loan borrowers when they enter repayment. We also provide systems that enable electronic and Web-based financial aid applications, information exchange among financial aid entities, and secure electronic signatures for financial aid documents.

We provide academic counseling services, degree planning, educational benefits marketing and outreach, and education and training services via both traditional classroom instruction and Web-based distance learning.

Vangent also provides a wide range of services for higher education institutions, including admissions processing, academic transcript evaluation systems and services, and data management and reporting to assist institutions in meeting the requirements of the Taxpayer Relief Act (TRA) of 1997.
