Kevin Boyle is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Vangent, and has extensive experience providing legal counsel to high-growth public and privately-held companies.
Prior to joining Vangent in June 2007, Mr. Boyle served as Assistant General Counsel for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) following its acquisition of Anteon International Corporation in June 2006. During his five-year tenure with GDIT/Anteon, he was responsible for a wide variety of corporate, transactional and litigation matters during Anteon’s rapid growth into a major technology services provider to the Federal Government. In addition, he advised the leadership of GDIT’s DHS/Civilian business division on all legal matters.

Prior to GDIT/Anteon, Mr. Boyle served as Vice President and General Counsel for Interworld Corporation and held similar positions with Visual Networks, Inc. and Cambridge Technology Partners.

Mr. Boyle graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History and received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School. He is admitted to the Bars of Virginia, New York and Massachusetts. In addition, he is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Washington Metro Area Corporate Counsel Association, the American Bar Association and the Professional Services Council.
