IT Development
- Conducts the inception Phase, which includes developing the vision for the solution, and working with key stakeholders and end users to solidify the solution features
- Conducts the Elaboration Phase, which includes defining the software requirements, solution architecture, and software development plan, as well as building the executable architecture
- Conducts the Construction Phase, in which Vangent implements solution through successive iterations based on the executable architecture
- Conducts the Transition Phase, in which Vangent finalizes software implementation and testing and deploys the solution into the production environment
